Refund Policy

We offer a 90 day guarantee that our products will be free from any defects due to poor quality or craftsmanship.  If a product is damaged or broken due to a fault of our own, we will give a full refund upon receipt of the product, or we will fix the product and mail it back at no charge.  If the product is damaged due to no fault of our own, then this warranty is void.

If you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund (excluding shipping) for 7 days from the date of delivery.  The product does not have to reach us within 7 days, but it must be given to the post office or private carrier within this time frame.  Tracking info is required, otherwise we cannot guarantee we will receive the package.  Buyer pays return shipping.  Your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or
any item that is returned late may be eligible for a partial refund, but a full refund is not guaranteed.

Gift cards are only refundable to the original payment method.
